
Port Leucate is a small port located in the South West of France in the Langedoc-Rousillon Region. The Port is formed on a small strip of land that has the Med Sea on one side and a Lake (L'Etang) on the other, with the Mountains in the background.
It is a lively holiday resort in the Summer with many Bars and Restaurants, and many opportunites for sporting activities including Wind Surfing.
During the rest of the year it is a peaceful retreat with much to explore and discover. The Region is well known for its local Wine and Oysters. It is also very close to the Pyrenees making it an ideal for Skiing in the Winter Season.
